Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250. Exterior cameras are present for safety and security, with obstruction or tampering resulting in a warning for the first offense and reservation cancellation without refund for the second offense. Windows in the property only open a few inches for safety purposes, and forcing them open beyond the designated limit is prohibited. The apartment includes a built-in desk, making remote work easy and efficient. A laptop computer is not included.
