This apartment features an open-concept layout with soaring 9’ ceilings, king-size beds and walk-in closets in each bedroom, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a walk-in kitchen pantry, large windows and ceiling fans throughout, a full-size washer and dryer, a smart thermostat, and fiber internet. An electronic door key system and enclosed hallways provide added privacy. Relax on the large private patio or balcony. A $100 fee applies per pet (max 2 pets). Additional key fobs are available for a $50 non-refundable fee. We also provide 1 rollaway bed in the unit for added convenience and extra sleeping space. Access to the resort-style pool with sundeck and private cabanas and the 24/7 fitness center with modern equipment requires a request. Located in Whitestown, IN, this apartment is minutes from dining, shopping, parks, and entertainment, offering a perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and convenience. Guests who knock on the wrong door or enter the wrong building and disturb other tenants will be subject to a $200 fine. Unapproved late checkouts or unapproved early check-ins will result in a charge of $100 per hour after or before the scheduled check-out or check-in time, respectively. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community; any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $500. Any pet brought to the property without being declared during the reservation process will be considered unauthorized, and a fee of $200 will be charged for any evidence found of an unauthorized pet. Parties and events are strictly prohibited; any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 6 am, and repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Moving of furniture isn't allowed, especially on the balcony; violation of this will result in a $100 fine. Guests are prohibited from obstructing or tampering with exterior cameras; a first offense will result in a warning, and a second offense will result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Windows in the property only open a few inches for safety purposes; please ensure windows are not forced open beyond the designated limit. Do not park in reserved spaces; unauthorized vehicles will be towed. Lost, damaged, or unreturned fobs incur a $150 replacement charge. Guests must let us know at the time of booking if additional visitors will arrive during the stay, or the reservation will be canceled with no exceptions and no refunds. Includes a built-in desk. Guests are advised that the pool facilities are seasonal and typically open in mid-May and close at the end of October each year. The exact opening and closing dates may vary depending on weather conditions and building management’s discretion.
