This space includes 2 Queen Bed Gel Memory mattresses, 2 firm and 2 soft pillows, a couch, and an accent chair. The apartment has almost everything you will need for your stay, including a washer and dryer for your convenience. Suitable for longer stays, this apartment offers a great space for traveling consultants. Free parking is provided in front of the building. Guests staying longer than 28 days will be responsible for paying utilities used during their stay. Conveniently situated off I-65, this unit offers easy access to everything you need in the area. Commute into downtown Indianapolis in under half an hour, or stay local to find all the shopping, dining, and entertainment you’re looking for. Close to The Shoppes at Whitestown, Meijer, T.J. Maxx, and Burlington. Enjoy a perfect scenic Whitestown Rail Trail for a nice hike through lush greenery. Also close to the Boone County Fairgrounds for endless local entertainment, and if you’re looking for a night out, you’ll have tons of bars and restaurants to choose from. Enjoy a drink with friends at Moontown Brewing Company and then head to Cobblestone Zionsville for a delicious meal accompanied by live music. Whitestown is a car-friendly town with easy access to major highways and thoroughfares. Biking and walking are also viable options, and ridesharing services like Uber and Lyft are available. Public transportation is served by the IndyGo bus system, though bus service is limited. The home is not baby-proofed and may not be ideal for families with small children, although children are welcome at your own discretion. Access to the building is through the main entrances, and guests are asked to be respectful of the home and community. Friends are welcome, but noise and light discipline should be maintained at all times. The utilization of shared amenities is under the property manager's discretion and is not governed by the apartment. Guests must submit a request at least a day or two before accessing the common amenities. Only registered guests can use the amenities, and no outsiders or visitors are allowed. CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance. Amenities are not for commercial use. Check-out time is 11 am unless otherwise approved. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time. There is a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. No weapons, firearms, drugs, or illegal sexual activity of any sort are allowed. Violators will be reported to the police, and the contract will be terminated immediately. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. This unit is equipped with noise detection monitors. Unauthorized animal/pet fee is $250.00. Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00. Towels and linens should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine. Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property. Potential for noise exists as this is a quiet residential neighborhood and building. Noise can transfer easily to neighbors through walls and floors. The apartment is remote work-friendly with fast optic fiber Wi-Fi.
