The open-concept living and dining area and fully equipped kitchen are perfect for home-cooked meals. Ideally situated in one of Boone County’s fastest-growing areas, this home offers easy access to everything while staying away from city noise. It's a 10–15 min drive to Zionsville and 25–30 min to Downtown Indianapolis. The home is close to I-65, major employers, logistics hubs, warehouses, shopping, dining, grocery stores, and parks. Check-in details will be sent on the day of check-in. Absolutely no smoking is allowed, and there's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. No weapons, firearms, drugs, or illegal sexual activity of any sort are allowed; violators will be reported to the police, and the contract will be terminated immediately. There is a zero-tolerance policy for parties and smoking anywhere on the premises. Following multiple warnings, local law enforcement will be utilized to ensure compliance, and should removal be required, it will be done at the guest's expense. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. This unit is equipped with noise detection monitors. An unauthorized animal/pet fee is $250.00. Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00. Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine. Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property. There is no access to the exterior garage per owner's request. Includes a dedicated flex space ideal for remote work or business travel and high-speed Wi-Fi.
