If we have to move furniture back to its original position after your stay, we will charge $50 per hour to do so. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the home, but is permitted outside as long as you clean up after yourself and keep the smoke and vapors more than 10 feet from open doorways or windows; the smoking fee starts at $500, and you will also be charged the cost of cleaning and removing the smell. Quiet time is between 10 pm and 8 am to respect neighbors and the area; no loud music or shouting is allowed after this time.
