This apartment building is north of downtown Lafayette on the corner of Salem St and N 4th St just as you are about to cross over the bridge into West Lafayette. It is convenient to Purdue and to downtown Lafayette. There are studios, 1 BR, 2 BR 1 bath, 2 BR 2 bath apartments and a 2 BR 2 bath townhouse. The majority of the apartment have LVT plank floors throughout. All the apartments have central air except the studios have a wall unit AC unit. There is a ceiling fan in the living room.
