Crosspoint Apartments is located on Amelia Ave conveniently located off of Creasy Ln, behind Unity Health Care and next to the Franciscan Health hospital. It is down the street from Ivy Tech and the YMCA. It is also close to shopping, restaurants and is convenient to the interstate. Crosspoint apartments are furnished with all needed appliances including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, microwave and a washer and dryer. There are LVT plank floors in the living room, kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms. Also, ceiling fans are in the living room and bedrooms. There is a patio or balcony depending on the apartment. Crosspoint is managed by different management companies. We now are managing 7 of the 10 buildings, on both sides of Amelia. Residents pay for electric and management pays water, sewage and trash. Pet Policy: Pets must be authorized. Cat fee is $20/month and must be over 6 months old. Dog fee is $40/month and must be over 12 months old and weigh under 25 lbs. Both must be fixed and trained. There is a $300 REFUNDABLE per pet deposit. There is a 2 pet limit.
