Management pays for water, sewage and trash. Pet Policy: Pets must be authorized. Cat fee is $20/month and must be over 6 months old. Must be fixed and trained. No dog allowed. There is a $300 REFUNDABLE pet deposit. There is a 1 pet limit. Qualifications: There is a $35/person application fee for each adult over 18 years of age.
