Utilities and yard maintenance are tenant's responsibility (no water bill - well and septic). There is a large, private back yard with trees. Less than 15 minutes to the South Shore station with trains going to Chicago and South Bend. We require the first month’s rent and security deposit ($1,600 each) at the time of lease signing. For prevention of fraud/scams of both owner and tenant, we do the lease signing and initial monetary fund exchange in person only (not via mail, online, apps, etc.). We do background and credit checks and prefer a credit score of at least 650.
