Pet Policy

Dogs and Cats Allowed

We are a pet friendly community. We proudly accept up to 2 pets per apartment home. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $350 for 1 pet and $500 for 2 pets. In addition to a monthly pet rent of $35 for 1 pet and $60 for 2 pets. Please contact our Leasing Office for our full pet policy.

Initial Pet Fee = $200 - $400 per pet (non-refundable); Monthly Pet Fee = $25 - $45 per pet (Maximum two pets per apartment home)
