This community is a subsidized apartment building for residents who must be 62 years of age or older and whose income does not exceed income limitation set by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (2020 income limitation cannot exceed $28, 700 for one person and $32,800 for two persons). Applicants meeting those income limitations will pay no more than 30% of their adjusted income for rent. Some units have special features for mobility-impaired persons.
