Enjoy in-unit washer and dryer for free, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. Each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. Self-service garage parking options are available in several of the parking garages by the building for approximately $15-17 per day or $125 per month. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for additional fees. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance meaning police will be called for violations. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, so you can check in and out with ease using a personalized access code, ensuring hassle-free and secure entry anytime after check-in time.
