Take a short drive to Broad Ripple, and then visit the Fashion Mall at Keystone – the premier luxury shopping destination for the Indianapolis metro area and Indiana. The walkability score is 65, the transit score is 31, and the bike score is 79. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. The check-in time is 4 PM, and the check-out time is 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay.
