Enjoy in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps, and complimentary coffee. Self-service garage parking options are available in several of the parking garages by the building for approximately $15-17 per day or $125 per month. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Optional services such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for additional fees. Situated in the heart of Nora, you’ll have access to unique restaurants and endless shopping at every corner. All properties are smoke-free environments. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests without permission and one towel per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and their presence can be declined. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for hassle-free and secure entry with a personalized access code, making it convenient for remote work-friendly stays.
