Up to two pets are welcome (40lbs combined, no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed]) for an additional fee of $100-300 based on stay length. All properties are smoke-free environments, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There are penalties of $500 for removing smoke detectors and $200 for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may be charged a pet fee, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined.
