Optional services are available to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available) for an additional fee. Pets are welcome with an additional fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal.
