Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps, and complimentary coffee. Each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. We offer a variety of optional services to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available. Additional fees apply. A pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors or losing key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The maximum allowed is two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs, excluding certain breeds. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Guests must observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code. The apartment includes access to a working lounge, providing a comfortable space for remote work.
