There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors, a $200 penalty for lost key fobs, and weapons are not allowed, which will be reported to the police and the contract will be immediately terminated. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed, with a combined weight of 40lbs, and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed] are allowed. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length is collected separately, and all pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. [SI]
