Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds]. An additional pet fee of $100-300 applies based on stay length and is collected separately. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day.
