Max two pets with a combined weight of 40lbs are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee of $100-300 is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for an additional fee. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and any violation will result in police involvement.
