This property is a smoke-free environment. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The apartment allows a maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40lbs, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. Guests must observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
