Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There are penalties of $200 for removing smoke detectors and $200 for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds] are allowed. An additional pet fee of $100-300, based on stay length, will be collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day.
