Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, with a combined weight of 40lbs; Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds are not permitted. An additional pet fee of $100-300, based on stay length, will be collected separately. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day.
