Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets allowed, with a combined weight of 40lbs. No Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds are allowed. An additional pet fee of $100-300 is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Optional services such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for additional fees. This property is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violations. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, allowing you to check in and out with ease using a personalized access code.
