No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and violations will result in police being called. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
