Max 2 pets are allowed with a combined weight of 40lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee of $100-300 is based on stay length and collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for additional fees. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $75/hr late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests without permission. One towel per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
