Pets are welcome with a fee based on stay length, collected separately. The apartment is wheelchair accessible. Located in the heart of the vibrant Mass Ave Cultural District, this area is known for its walkability, eclectic dining, art galleries, theaters, and boutique shopping. With a lively atmosphere and historic charm, it's the perfect spot to explore the best of downtown Indianapolis—all just steps from your door. This is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. There is a maximum of two pets allowed with a combined weight of 40 lbs, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for additional fees. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock, so you can check in and out with ease using a personalized access code. You’ll receive your code before arrival for hassle-free and secure entry, anytime after check-in time.
