An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Optional services such as mid-stay cleanings, early check-in, and late checkout are available for an additional fee. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days or more) are subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code.
