An additional pet fee of $100-300 is based on the length of stay and collected separately. We offer optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout, subject to availability and additional fees. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. The apartment is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance with the noise policy. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for easy check-in and check-out using a personalized access code. A laptop computer is not included.
