Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There are penalties of $200 for removing smoke detectors and $200 for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed with a combined weight of 40lbs, and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds] are permitted. An additional pet fee of $100-300 will be collected separately, based on stay length. Guests must not disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a late fee of $75 per hour. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations.
