Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets allowed, with a combined weight of 40lbs. Certain breeds such as Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs are not allowed. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and their presence can be declined from stays. Optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout are available for additional fees. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The maximum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance meaning police will be called for violations. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, allowing you to check in and out with ease using a personalized access code.
