Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty applies for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day.
