No outside guests are allowed without permission, and a valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the apartment is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check.
