You can also enjoy the in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, and a TV in the living room. Ample paid street parking is available. Paid garage parking is available for stays longer than 7 days. A pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, based on stay length, for a maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40lbs. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. In the heart of the Market East District, you'll have everything at your fingertips. The Indy Cultural Trail, a world-class urban bike and pedestrian path that connects unique neighborhoods, cultural districts, and entertainment, is just a short walk away. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM; a $75/hr late fee applies.
