There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds, with an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. All pets must be on a leash when outside on property.
