Paid garage parking is available for stays longer than 7 days. A pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, based on stay length, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined) and some breed restrictions. In the heart of the Market East District, you'll have everything at your fingertips. The Indy Cultural Trail, a world-class urban bike and pedestrian path that connects unique neighborhoods, cultural districts, and entertainment, is just a short walk away. You are also just steps from Whole Foods, so you can take advantage of the full kitchen. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. No parties are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. [SI]
