Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal.
