Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
