ONE ROOM in my personal home is for rent. Room is furnished with a large horizontal dresser (with mirror), a medical bed (that sits up), two closets and currently an extra "trundle" bed (that allows a mattress UNDER the existing single bed. This additional bed may be removed but was useful for previous couples and moms with children. MY HOME has a shared bath and a half right outside the three bedrooms. I currently have one other tenant. And the tenants have access to a washer/dryer, living room and kitchen with cabinets to store your food. There is also an outdoor deck where we often eat in good weather. MY HOME is very secure with coded locks on the front and back doors and several cameras around the property.
