The unit is located in downtown Indianapolis, an 18-minute drive from Indianapolis International Airport and a 10-minute walk to Indianapolis Station, next to TJ Maxx and the circle. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-7am each day, and guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal.
