The unit is located in downtown Indianapolis, an 18-minute drive from Indianapolis International Airport and a 10-minute walk to Indianapolis Station, next to TJ Maxx and the circle. Smoking, parties, and pets are not permitted. Removing smoke detectors incurs a $500 penalty, and losing key fobs incurs a $200 penalty. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm-7 am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
