The unit is located in downtown Indianapolis, an 18-minute drive from Indianapolis International Airport and a 10-minute walk to Indianapolis Station, next to TJ Maxx and the circle. No smoking, parties, or pets are allowed. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm-7 am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee.
