The unit is located in downtown Indianapolis, an 18-minute drive from Indianapolis International Airport and a 10-minute walk to Indianapolis Station, next to TJ Maxx and the circle. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm-7 am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may be charged a pet fee.
