Smoking, parties, and pets are not allowed. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay.
