The unit is located in downtown Indianapolis, an 18-minute drive from Indianapolis International Airport, and a 10-minute walk to Indianapolis Station, next to TJ Maxx and the circle. No smoking, parties, or pets are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must be at least 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
