This apartment offers easy check-in, personal touches, and a tech-savvy approach, allowing you to experience the local culture and feel at home on the road. Located on Market St and close to Monument Circle, the Convention Center, and Lucas Oil Stadium, you will enjoy the convenience of this prime location. This spacious 1-bedroom apartment features inviting living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool and sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. You can also enjoy an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. We offer a variety of optional services to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available. Additional fees apply. A pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs is allowed, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, allowing you to check in and out with ease using a personalized access code. You'll receive your code before arrival for hassle-free and secure entry, anytime after check-in time.
