Feel at home in this spacious two-bedroom apartment located in downtown Indy, right on Market St and minutes from Monument Circle, the convention center, and Lucas Oil Stadium. This apartment features inviting living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool and sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. You can also enjoy an in-unit washer and dryer and a smart TV with streaming apps installed in the living room. Complimentary coffee is provided. In the heart of the Market East District, you'll have everything at your fingertips. The Indy Cultural Trail, a world-class urban bike and pedestrian path that connects unique neighborhoods, cultural districts, and entertainment, is just a short walk away. You are also just steps from Whole Foods, so you can take advantage of the full kitchen. This is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There are penalties of $200 for removing smoke detectors and $200 for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of two pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds]. An additional pet fee of $100-300 will be collected separately, based on stay length. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am.
