While designs are based on the photos, each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout are available for additional fees. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, so you can check in and out with ease using a personalized access code. A laptop computer is not included.
