All apartments are smoke-free environments, and smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day.
