Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined.
