While designs are based on the representative photos, each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout are available for additional fees. Located in the historic Lockerbie Square district, this downtown spot offers charming cobblestone streets, 19th-century architecture, and easy access to cultural landmarks like the Athenæum. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. A $200 security hold on a credit card is required in case of incidentals, released 3-5 days post check-out, or guests may choose a $35 non-refundable damage waiver. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, so you can check in and out with ease using a personalized access code.
