There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Long-term stays of 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, so you can check in and out with ease using a personalized access code.
