Located in the historic Lockerbie Square district, this downtown spot offers charming cobblestone streets, 19th-century architecture, and easy access to cultural landmarks like the Athenæum. You're just a short walk from Mass Ave’s vibrant mix of restaurants, bars, and boutiques. The Indiana Convention Center is 0.3 miles away, Lucas Oil Stadium is 0.5 miles away, Old National Centre is 0.6 miles away, and Saint Mary's Catholic Church and the Phoenix Theatre are both less than a mile away. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There are penalties of $200 for removing smoke detectors and $200 for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule.
