Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM to 7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM to 8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation are a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; contact the host directly for questions or concerns and only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. No locals (zip codes starting with "441") unless a business/medical exemption is provided and must be approved by the host. Pet weight limit: 35 lbs. No Pitbulls.
